MirrorFolder 1.0

MirrorFolder is a backup utility for automatic and real-time mirroring of your important folders on CD-RW, ZIP drive, removable hard disk, network drives, floppy disk, local hard disk, etc. It has built-in scheduler for periodic backup/synchronization/archiving of your important folders automatically in the background. You can also use this backup utility for real-time mirroring of important folders to protect files in case of hard disk failure. It works as a system add-on and is integrated with Windows Explorer for easy usage. Once mirrors are set up, this backup utility will work silently in the background to keep them synchronized with their respective source folders without requiring any further effort from the user. Support is available for creating up to 5 mirrors for each source folder on different locations/devices. It can also automatically preserve older versions of files in pkzip-compatible ZIP archive files periodically

This software can be very useful for small to medium sized organizations in a networked environment. After the software is installed on each computer on the network, individual employee/user can create mirrors of their working directories on the central server. Once the mirrors are set up on the server, MirrorFolder will automatically keep up-to-date copies of files of all employees/users on the server. Individual employees/users will no longer have to spend any time backing up their files on the server. Moreover, unlike manual backup, the MirrorFolder will always synchronize the files on the server as per schedule without any delay or failure.
